I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist and a Psychoanalyst in private practice on Miami Beach since 2009.

I received my undergraduate degree in Biologic Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania and my Medical Degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine. I completed my Psychiatric Training at the University of Miami, where I studied in the Psychotherapy track, with a more intensive focus on therapy, in addition to Psychopharmacology. Since then, I completed both the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Course and Psychoanalytic Training at the Florida Psychoanalytic Center, and am currently the Director of the Center's Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Course, designed to teach therapists in the community about how to deepen their work and to connect like-minded colleagues. In addition, I am a voluntary faculty member at the University of Miami, teaching, supervising and examining Psychiatrists in training.
